Definition of Runescape Bot – What is a Runescape Bot?
A “bot” is short for the word “robot”. By definition, a robot means:
1 (a) a machine that looks like a human being and performs various complex acts ( such as walking or talking) of a human being; (b) a similar but fictional machine whose lack of capacity for human emotions is often emphasized; (c) an efficient insensitive person who functions automatically;
2 (a) a device that automatically performs complicated, often repetitive, tasks;
3 (a) a mechanism guided by automatic controls.
A definition of a Runescape Bot meets definitions # 1 and 2. A Runescape bot is a device that automatically performs repetitive tasks and is guided by automatic controls. I know you might be thinking about RuneScape Autos (which are in another article) however, Runescape Bots are not exactly the same as Runescape Autos. A Runescape Bot is a device that runs multiple Runescape Autos at the same time. For example, you can be auto woodcutting, auto walking to certain places, and auto talking at the same time. Of course that is just an example. Depending on the particular Runescape Bot, you can do other things as well.
Why do people use Runescape Bots? Why are Runescape Bots Popular?
I believe that RuneScape Bots are popular mainly because people want to be rich and skilled, but don’t want to spend the time to be so. They do not want to do tedious work hour after hour, when they can just get a RuneScape Bot to tan their hides and convert them into leather. Another reason may be that they truly do not have enough time to go on the computer to play, or their parents don’t allow them to be on the computer for a long time. This obviously would limit their ability to gain lots of levels and be rich while skilled. A third reason may be that people wish to make lots of RuneScape Gold and sell it for real world money. However, due to recent updates made by Jagex, it is much more difficult to sell RuneScape Gold in large quantities, but that is beside the point. I believe that the final reason is that people wish to have fun Pking. I do not know about you, but Pking was the best part of RuneScape for me before it was changed around. People would set goals to reach certain PKing stats, and then enjoy the rest of their time having fun in the Wilderness. To do this most efficiently, they could just use RuneScape Bots to make money and level up. Probably the best feature about RuneScape Bots is that you can run multiple accounts at once. You can have five accounts auto woodcutting and banking that wood, five accounts training and getting their combat stats up, five accounts mining and banking that good ore, and five accounts rune-crafting.
Jagex Prevention of RuneScape Bots
Recently, Jagex has installed a new update that allows people to trade only 3,000 Gold Pieces. This means you cannot trade in a large quantity. However, you can still use RuneScape Bots to train your character to high skill levels. You just cannot trade all that money and items you make to another account. I remind you that this is against the rules, and you should not do this anyway. Another easy way is Jagex logs all players, and can check when 20 accounts log in and do amazing things all at once from the same IP address. If you have 20 accounts running at once, only one of them will succeed and not get caught. So you get 1 out of every 20.
My Personal View on Runescape Bots – Are they worth it?
First, I would like to point out that I think you should have fun in the game, and experience everything by yourself. You will feel better if you truly earn your status in the game, and I advise that if you want to get the most out of Runescape, just stay clear of Runescape Bots. However, from what I hear, Runescape Bots really can make your life a lot easier and more fun at the same time. Runescape Bots can make you rich, and wealthy, strong, skilled, superior and more. I would have to say it is your decision and your view of life. It depends on your style. Personally I would like to earn my way to the top, but that is just me.
