Xerxes keep going. There is no rule for MMing just don't scam. People pick MM's that they trust. I could MM whenever but I don't feel like it. Right now I would MM only for Admins and Deadly =D but I don't want trouble so I choose not to MM but I could. Just make sure you get proofs. And it helps to get vouches in your sig once you become an MM.

Yes That is correct. You can MM but you wont be official. If is the seller/buyers choice weather they use you or an official MM.
