Dear JaGeX, I wish to be unbanned because I learned my lesson on scamming, and all the other offenses I had. If you unbann me you will see the change in me and how good I will be from now on. I promise to not do anything that would give me an offense and promise to only work hard and keep my account in order. So please Jagex, give me one more chance?

I think it was just luck that you got unbanned, they don't read ban appeals.

Ban appeal = flip a coin
Head = unbanned
Tail = remain banned

No, there aren't.

There is no sure guarantee.

Those used to work, same with the all capitals one. Neither do anymore, however.
