Additional Info on asteroids on near-collision course with our planet:

99942 Apophis is a 250-350 meter-wide near-Earth asteroid that caused a brief period of concern in December 2004 because initial observations indicated a relatively large probability that it would strike the Earth in 2029.

Additional observations provided improved predictions that eliminated the possibility of an impact on Earth or the Moon in 2029.

However there remained a possibility that during the 2029 close encounter with Earth, Apophis would pass through a "gravitational keyhole", a precise region in space no more than about 400 meters across, that would set up a future impact on April 13, 2036.

Umm its actually very true. Its inevitable that the earth gets hit by another asteroid. Its not like it would be the first time the earth was struck. happening so soon though, I doubt it. But it is inevitable and it will happen someday. And when it does, bam end of the human race (if it hits before we kill ourselves off). But if it happens in my lifetime then sweet, i was around for the end of the world.... as we know it *goes off into song*

yea just so you knwo THE WORLD IS GONNA END DECEMBER 21st 2012!!!!!! THE MAYANS SAID SO IN THEIR CALENDAR....and also scientist say that that same day theres supposed to be like extreme solar storms on the sun and its gonna effect the earth...BASICLY WE ARE GONNA GET BOILED!!!AHHHHH!

No HUMAN know when the world is gonna end, only GOD know. I remember before when nostradamos (dont remember the right spelling lol) predict world gonna end but it didnt happen lol. The world for sure will gone someday but no one know the when it will happned.
