Another suggestion- amending one of you requirements for the moderator rank-

I think that the staff only should be able to vote in this poll. I say this because some people, like me, aren't liked on this site by all. I was originally impersonated by someone. Anyways, if someone really wanted to, they could created 5 accounts vote no, and make sure a person doesn't get a position.
