I Honestly don't know the answer to this question. and no names will be mentioned by anyone please.
But i had a deal were about to start everythign sorted accepted blah blah and someone comes over the top and offers him a offer after it had been sorted are we aloud to do this? That happened to me once, i was about to buy an uber zerker pure, 70 atk 45 def 94 str, Firecape, DT done, MM done for like $70 then some asshole bidded higher.

If he is already selling to you and the deal is ready to start, he can't just stop it and go with someone else. It's not against the rules but thats just not right and whoever just switches to another buyer because of the money you need to go fuck yourself and not screw people over. That's like me selling this site for $200 and right when he's about to send the money I say no I got a better offer...
