This guide is a VIDEO guide. I will shortly be uploading it on YouTube and making it PRIVATE. Basically, whoever buys it will just tell me their YouTube account username, then I'll let them see the video.

This guide is basically probably the BEST training you will every have. No, this is not experiments, nor rock crabs. This is also not macroing. It abides ALL Jagex rules. You can train A LOT of accounts at once with this. It's 99% unattentive, meaning you BARELY have to pay attention to the screen. I do this all the time when doing my homework, watching a movie, talking with friends on MSN, or even posting on TG!

Requirements:
-Good Defence (the higher, the less food you waste)
-your best armor (kinda like defence, you waste less food)
-food (with 70 def and full rune, it's 28 lobs/3-4 hours)
-a weapon
-a YouTube account (to watch the video)
