My runescape account got unbanned after 3,5 years!
Here's my story, I'll try to keep it short.

In 2003-2004 I was spreading keyloggers to runescapers, stealing their items, and selling them for reallife money. I made big money back then!

In 2004 I got banned for stealing other players accounts, I had a conversation with Paul Gower, and he decided to leave my account permanently banned. That sucks, because I had alot of stuff on that account that I wanted to sell for reallife money.

I didn't give up, and I kept sending messages to Jagex everyday to ''plz give me one last chance'', they ignored all the messages, and Jagex changed MY password. When I tried to recover my password it says ''Due to continued problems with this account, password requests are not available'', or something like that.

I was like ''dammit'', I created several new runescape accounts and started stealing other accounts again, but Jagex banned all my accounts in a few days. After that I decided to stop with the runescape business.

Today I thought, I'm gonna give it a try and send in a password request (3,5 years later), after 3 requests it got accepted and I was like wtf? But I wasn't there, I had to send in a ban appeal now.

There was no evidence for the offence, and the fact that Jagex doesn't read ban appeals I sent them this:



It was such a simple message, BUT IT GOT ACCEPTED in 3 minutes!

I got my account back after exactly 1342 days, now I can finaly sell the stuff on the account!

What I want to say with this:
Succesful ban appeals = luck

LOL this happened to me, i was taking ppls passes, and i was banned, b4 they had the last chance appeal, used it like 1 month ago, BAM! got it back!

WOwwaaweewa! gratz :P im sending emails to jagex to unban my account... they banned 4 false reason, cant appeal cuz all appeals and last chance appeals r denied :/

congratulations, when the account was banned was it perm banned, or did u have some appeals left? i want to do this too with my 116

Nope, that was the phished account

There was no ban appeal system in 2004, so my offences weren't saved back then. Jagex added the ban appeal system in 2006, and all the offences after that would be saved. My offence (in 2004) wasn't saved, so I could try the last chance appeal, and succeeded

if its a phished account, better be careful, runescape just locked to of my accounts after 1 year and a half of me hving them. [ i scammed them lol ]

Yea, just NEVER trust Jagex and NEVER think your account is safe lol, that's something I learnt
