Twice infracted for same thing -

Well i got infracted a time ago
and then a month or so later i got infracted AGAIN for the same post so i actually got infracted twice for 1 post pics: so i got this few months ago:  then a few days ago i got this:  so i think 1 of them should be removed. |

Quick question, why the heck are the thread #'s different?
