Should I stay 1 Defense or go rune pure?

Current Stats:

60 Attack
75 Strength
1 Defense
43 Prayer

I've been thinking about going rune pure because low crater is all bs, full of prayer noobs, pjers, ect.

If I were to go Rune Pure I would collect the exp from Monkey Madness (so later on I could get barrows gloves) and do various other quests

Help me out here!

Yeah, I'm not making my final decision until the new PvP update but if it's no good I'm heavily leaning towards Rune Pure

I would stay with the one defence since you already have 43 prayer for protect from melee. Just get some prayer pots.
And I agree with Svper in waiting until the new update.

Is there actually a point to make a pure in RS2?
In RSC I say OK, but in RS2?

Stay 1 def Low pure is great, and you won't stand a chance in other craters.

Vitalian, the reason for pures is Bounty Hunter/New PvP that will be coming out soon

Bootylove, I already BH in low crater but it's full of Pray noobs and pjers, that's why i hate it

In PvP this wont happen.
