I think yes Mass blizz and cotg are strong but there is gunna come a point in the HBu server when a good bit of mages have cotg and all the other spells also. I think that to keep these scrolls from spreading throughout the server that they should be rigged somehow to where u cant go eks and sell manuals to other players that have no pvp skills at all. It really 1 aint fair to the players actually trying to earn them by proving thier ground and 2 also eventually all mages will have it.

This is just a suggestion that i came up with it might be crappy but it definitly still is a suggestion.

u mean by binding the spell books to the holder? yes i agree with it , so that ppl cant buy it .
well pvp skills arent all depends on players , its their connection and rig as well ..like me ; i have bad rig and connections so i seldom go ek

they shoulda kept it how they had it on the previous server with esw being an ek only spell that it really brings out the skill in mages
