Instead of the voting part, people being able to see who made the sig, I think it should be anonymous, to keep it fair. As some people will be more inclined to vote for staff rather than just normal members.

Ex:

Sean posts the requirements as per usual, but instead you posting the sigs on that thread, people PM him them.

When it comes to voting, Sean puts them on the poll, but without the names, and then reveals the winners name after the voting has finished.

as long as people dont put their name on the sig, and save a version with their name, im all for it.
