All of you may know, recently there was a conflict between kinger and most of the African guild. Some people were banned, some people quit. I was one of them who was banned. I went overboard and starting arguing with kinger about an African guildsman getting banned. In the end of it all, I was banned.

I now understand that kinger puts his time and effort into this project and has done a great job. He doesn't get paid or anything. So I realized that everyone should show respect for him and if he tells you to do something, do it.

The reason I'm making this topic is for you guys to vote if I should stay or not. I'm asking for one more chance and if I do ANYTHING wrong, I am banned again. Please Vote.

I did not share accounts with Toilet or SPICEGIRL nor anyone.

I'll end this topic with: I'm sorry for my mistakes and actions kinger.

I understand not to **** with kinger.

This sums up my vote pretty simply. Dont fuck with kinger, he owns your ass in game.

He defened my Guild you all would too if you where a part of it. Kinger got what he wanted me and spice are gone. No more drama or w.e Give this guy a chance as its only right. Most people deserve a second chance he should too.

This is pathetic how the hell can you vote no. its not about him upsetting kinger its about another player leaving underlord. Jesus crist you idiot are so short sighted.

Toilet, there are a million other HB servers out there, that this kid can go play at. Basically all I can say about this topic is I dont care what happens to him, its not my call. But one of the dumbest things you can do is start arguing with the person who owns the game, whether its for your guildmate or not.

More people leaving = more room for me to stretch my legs and have a Decent FPS.

And toilet what are you even still doing here, i thought u were done with this game now.

You have every right to defend your guildmates. Yeah it's a priv server and all but banning half of the best guild in ares beause you get pissed is a little extreme. Kinger I know you don't have to explain why you ban people but can you tell me why SPICE is banned? He was the nicest player I met on this server and I miss him

He said on msn he won't cause any more problems. The only time I saw him shiittalk was when someone else started with him first. Give him one more chance plz <3

A million hb servers out there? Dude hb is almost dead and hbu is helping it grow some more. Plus its the only GOOD server out there with 100+ people.

was BANISHED not banned. (char offline)

Reason: After being unbanned the first time. I gave him 1 more chance under the circumstance of no more issues whatsoever with a STRICT punishment if disobeyed.
After some I got various reports of harassment,annoyances, excessive swearing and trash talking as well as chat log readings and in game viewing. I know plenty of people trash talk, but I never get reports of it because its not excessive. This was not a 1 time occurrence, also he was already on my hate side due to the fact that he spammed the forums hardcore before the first time i banned him as well as other actions. I got multiple issues of such nature reported to me and I over looked them, until finally i got fed up with hearing the issues regarding the players of which I unbanned under the above strict circumstance. Also I did give spicegirl a chance to undo this action, but he declined to do so out of his own reasons.

Toilet
was temporarily BANISHED

Reason: Was a statement about blacks in global which he said was a joke, thus I overturned the banishment.

SPRITEZOR
was BANISHED (char offline)

Reason: Arguing with a GM, personally insulting me as well as minor server threat.

Reason why this is such a big issue:
They all shared items from each other as well as select players.

IDK i think that if your stupid enough to get in an argument with the people who own and run a server you should be banned and never be allowed to return... i also think that they shouldn't ask the "public" if you should be banned or unbanned this isn't a democracy...
