Anyway, this account has a fire cape, has comepleted DT , has 1 def, 1 Prayer, 1 Summoning, 75 attack, 95 strength, 90 range, 94 magic, 84 hitp, This account has been botted on, but by paid Bots, so ban rate is very low, has no black marks [see pictures] has some money on it, i didn't take it all off, has 2m + mage's book, alot of runes, magic and ranging gear, and some basic melee gear, along with some pots and food, so take that into account when making a offer. i have cleaned this bank out after i stopped skilling so only stuff left is pvp stuff, so sorry skillers...

No exceptions means you won't use an MM. If you don't use an MM then fair enough but you should go first. An MM never has access to your account. An MM holds the RSGP / $ and you hand over the account to the buyer and then as soon as the buyer confirms he will give you the RSGP / $.
