how to law run:
must have 27 pure essence NOT rune essence and u must not wearing anything (u can weae robes and no weapons the only weapons allowed are flowers and can wear any sara guthix or zamorak book (reward form horror from the deep) and MUST be in world 66 at DRAYNOR
then u have to bring ur robes and flowers and book (optional)

then go to the monks of entrana and then folo then go to the church and walk up fromt here and trade people that r open u must recieve any
amount laws and 27 pure ess back and just keep doing the steps till u get ur amount of laws u want

how to air run
bring 25 rune ess NOT pure ess can wear wat u want MUST HAVE AIR TALISMIN AT ALL TIMES OR CANNOT AIR RUN go to world 16 adn bring ur air talismin and theng o to falador the bank near the mining guild
next go down from the moning guild and then head near the middle of the west grass and u should find a rune alter thing adn use ur air talismin on it and go inside and trade anythjing u want the people that offer 2k or offer an amount of airs
