I want to start a discussion with all of you.
99% of the Runescapers are nerds to my opinion.
Why you ask?
Because they can't balance reallife with Runescape, and have no social life.
How do I know that you ask?
Because people are going #@*#ing insane because of this stupid game.
Let me make a list of reasons why I think that.

1. Runescapers want everything from Runescape in reallife.

Look at these idiots (Runescapers), they want Runescape legos, Runescape ringtones, Runescape monopoly, Runescape screen savers, Runescape necklaces and bracelets, Runescape clothes (hats, t-shirts, pants, underwear), Downloadable Runescape music, and much more bullshit.

That's reason one why Runescapers make themself look like #@*#ing idiots.


2. Runescapers suicide when they get hacked.

It happened in The Netherlands (the country where I live). A 14 year old boy suicided after his Runescape account got hacked.

3. Most Runescapers are over-addicted.

I'm 100% sure that at least 90% of the Runescape population can't balance their social life with Runescape.
Everybody I know that's playing Runescape is over-addicted and plays 4+ hours a day.
They don't go out, they skip school, they do nothing else then playing Runescape.
And if they go to school, they will play Runescape there.
How sad can you be?

I play Runescape...technically.

I really just go on to talk to people though, maybe PK every once in a while, but that's about it, lol.

I have a life, I go out, I've never played runescape at school, never skipped school to play RS, I don't see the point of having anything on RS from irl, and no, I've never tried killing myself over being hacked, although I've probably caused some to kill themselves from hacking them >_>.

I really think that most of the first post was incorrect. You are basing those facts on a small amount of people that play RuneScape.

I play RuneScape and know many people who do that still balance a social life and have friends. Tbh, I would never kill myself over RuneScape, and none of my friends would either.

I do agree some people that play RuneScape are nerds but others aren't, we simply play it for fun, not as a life-style.

My experience is that almost everybody who's playing Runescape is a nerd.
Here in The Netherlands you see everybody playing Runescape.
It's a daily subject here at school, and you see people playing it everywhere, it's just sick how much people talk about it and play it everyday.

Guess why Jagex placed servers in The Netherlands...
Everybody here is over-addicted to this game...

well runescape is just a game to me... i played it for a while and just started up again and ive played wow... but i assure you i have a social life as well... as a matter of fact im sure my sex life is probably better than the majority of the people on this site. lol. but honestly, i dont think every1 on the game is a nerd. i really think its bout 60-40 nerds to normal people. thts just my opinion

lol kr4zy i totally agree with you anybody can have sex. tht point wasn't that i was having sex it was that just not everybody tht plays is a nerd. as i said i think its more 60% nerds and 40% normal people. thats just me tho. i am totally agreeing that the majority of runescapers are a bunch of fucked up lil children with no social lives that cannot live without the game. i dunno. actually im gonna change it to like 80% and 20%. that seems more accurate. my argument before was weak i know but no need to go off on me like that. lol.

only time i play runescape is when im either not hanging out with friends or if i have noting to do over a break like summer break. i ussualy just eat and watch t.v or go outside but after that when i got noting ill play for like half a hour.

I mean it started like this some game was created 13-17 year olds started playing it got addicted The nrealised how geekish they were, While that was happening the little kids who look up to elders were listening and decided to check it out then getting addiced THUS going in a big circle of no lifers, i play just to pk and earn money for it.
