I realized that ever since Runescape stopped the wildy and the rwt and all that stuff there has been a lottttttt of rich people...


before---

poor f2p noobs with probably like 1m or so

after---

rich f2p members that cancelled membership and they are wearing god armour and rare items like santas


now for p2p

before---

rich members walking around and staking and pking

after---

MORE rich members and more wearing bandos, phats, god swords.


weird? does this mean that more than half of the people on rs really did buy rsgp?

all i know is that almost every game there is like 99% buy stuff for the game like gold or the actual game currency for special items.

also runescape is the first mmorpg to stop rwt and somewhat made it successful

Well, I hear that it's rather easy to make money now with Gods War Dungeon (correct me i'm wrong =P) you can get the godswords and stuff expensive there and it doesn't take long i think.

There is absolutely no way that even 1/4 of RS players bought gold. That's just too much if you think about it.

There are a few reasons that people seem richer than they used to:
1) More ways to make money now. Like there is GWD, DK, etc. Also places like yew trees aren't swarmed with autoers and there is no macros flooding the market with sharks and stuff.
2) People feel that they actually have a chance at becoming rich. Now that they know that hard work in game pays off with in game, they work for it. Before, why work in RS if eventually you might buy GP like everyone else?
3) There is more expensive stuff to buy to show how rich you were. Before there was only phats that were expensive. Now there is all the GWD stuff, 3rd Age, etc. People are wearing their cash rather than having it sit in the bank.

I know someone who makes 20M a week there. That explains the rich godsword'ers in BH and stuff

I think that since pking is gone there is basically nothing to do but make money. I would be so rich cause I spent my money on pking supplies. So since people dont buy that stuff anymore. Lots of people have extra money

I have rwt traded over 300m since update >.> mainly for mates =D

It piss I trade over 5m to a 1 def pure

if you got 40 def or 43 prayer it soo easy to rwt via f2p bh

if you ahve 40 def and 43 prayer it so easy to rwt via p2p bh

If you have 1 def and like 60 hp it easy to rwt via p2p bh

Yeah it is pretty easy to stay alive for 2 minute pickup penalty, put on your prayer and munch on sharks if somone attacks you.

IT is TRUE!People are richer then before becuz the fact that GWD drops are high chance of getting GS or other high quality stuff from GWD. Matter of fact,me and friend went GWD and our clan got 2 hilts in a row....and chestplate day later...:S Start GWDing for Mula and you'll be one of the rich people
