My dad used to work for jagex and after 30 years of dedicated service, they fire him. Before he left he Stole a special code, a codex program code which allows him to moderate anything. He can get you any item you want, But you will have to specify what you want.
He can moderate your stats however sometimes the code doesnt allow it, but if you like he can try anyway. He doesnt want to waist his time on silly dud accounts so If you are level 50 or below, just dont bother, he wont moderate your account...
