Here is some upcoming updates that have been worked on.

In the auction house you will be able to only put up items that are worth something... i.e. certs dragon items etc etc..
You will not be able to put up Ashes or Bones or anything useless.
You will be able to Bid or Buy It Now...
If the player is online it will add it to their bank or if they are offline it will still add to their bank.
You will have a limit of 3 different items at one time.
