lol i just have one sittin around so i can go "precious, my precious!!".. other then that, yeah its farely useless 10% chance is way to slim, plus you'll most likely die right after that anyway XD

err lol.. supposedly.. the ring is supposed to recall u if ur about to die... however the koreans never implemented it...

It never worked for me on Int or other servers. I always was under the impression that this chance saved you in this way: for example you have 50 hp left and someone hits you for 70, you would still be saved and left with 1 or 10 hp for example. And wouldnt die.
