Are you using inernet exploerer? That may be why it doesnt work, try using Firefox instead...

if i try to report other people it works....

i made one on rsmarkets like 10 min ago......

i mainyl use it because ie comes with the computer where firefox you need to download

If he doesn't have pictures of log in screen tell him before you infract him. Maybe it was just an honest mistake. People make those sometimes, you know?
