he has compleate access to unlocking my runescape account that i bought from him a while back.

its locked, and he wont unlock it.

i send an appeal like every month, none of them get accepted.

i need someone thats good with appeals and is trusted.

or someone who knows an assassin that can get premier hostage for me.

lol ^^^ link dude... after your account has sent like 20 appeals/password recovery the start automatically denying them... thats the secret to when you buy an account how to keep it but yea i remember him he flamed a LOT plus always got banned then got another chance and within 2 days he was banned again lol
