Hate to burst your bubble, but there hasn't been a mod to refer someone in SMF. I'm too lazy to develop it; you should use vBulletin

Again, let me reclarify: There is no referral mods in SMF! The only way we can get referrals are if #21 switches to vBulletin.
Also, many people have dynamic IPs. The only way to ban them is to ban their hostname; which, somepeople share. That wouldn't be good. <br />Your image was too big. Sorry DeltaTsunami.<br />-AssaultRilfe<br />
