I.Where To Train?
Ia. Training 1-10.

Monster Level- 1
I know its Quite sad but training on chickens are very usefull.n By the time your lvl 7 you can most likely nearly hit them with a 3.

Good Loot: Feathers for Fleatching or money making,Bones for Prayer and Chicken for some food.

Ib. Training 10-30.

Monster level-2
Train At Cows at the crafting guild. If you dont want to be hit you can hide behind hind the gate and range them. By the time your nearly 30 you should be able to kill them pritty fast.

Good Loot: Cow Hide For crafting or Money, Bone for Prayer and Meat for cooking.

Barbarines are great for Xp. If you dont want to be hurt sand behind the tables In the main hall and range them, also if you need food there is meat on the table.

Good Loot: Coin, Bones for prayer,clue scroll 1* and laws.

Monster level-21
You can find alot of guards in one place if you go to the top of varrock castle. Stand next to punchbags and range them over the fence.

Good Loot: Bones, Clue 2* and other stuff.

Orges are east of castle wars. If you go off the south bridge and go east, then north you'll find a wall with orges on the other side. Theres a Good spot for a cannon if you want to use. This places does Get busy sometimes.

Lesser Demons are found under karamja mountain. There is a spot where they cant touch you and you can easly range them.

Blue Dragons can be Found in heros basement,travelry dungeon or the watch tower. For The Travelry Dungeon you need Dusty key, to get to teh blue dragons. Take Food and Anti Dragon Shield!!!!.

Good Loot: Dragon Bones,Blue d hide*,Clue Scroll 3* and Nats.

IIc. 20-30
F2P:Ammy of power,Full studded, willow short and arrows up to steel.
P2P:ammy of Glory, full studded, willow short and arrows up to steel.

IId. 30-40
F2P:Ammy of Power, Full studded,maple short and arrows up to steel.
P2P(1):Ammy of Glory,full studded,maple short and arrow up to steel.
P2P(2):Ammy of glory, full snakeskin(need 30 defence),maple short and arrows up to steel.

IIe. 40-50
F2P:Ammy of Power, Full green D'hide (need 40 defence and do dragon slayer for body),maple Short and Irons up to addy.
P2P:Ammy of Glory,Full green d'hide,yew short and arrows up to addy.
IIf. 50-60
F2P:Its now jsut the same as 40-50.
P2P:Glory,blue D Hide, archer Helm(if you've done femmy trials.),mage short and arrows up to rune.

P2P:Full Red d'hide,mage short,glory,archer helm and arrows up to rune.

P2P(1):Full Black D'hide,Archer helm,glory,mage short and arrows up to rune.
P2P(2):Full Black D'hide,archer helm,glory and Crystal bow.
