What level was the account when you got it?
My suggestion if your going to woodcut for money I would suggest going on late at night. I mean late late. Faster money since you have more trees to yourself. Kinda a no brainer, but that's all I got for suggestions besides get your quest points up. o.O 97 is a little low.
Good overall account though.

well when i first had this account, it had level 60 str att and def, so i guess i improved it alot.

it had no money what so ever.

right now its cb is still 89, im cutting wood, i have 4.8m, and im saving up for guthans.

I suggest getting 53 hunting so you can hunt chins, get your range and mage up to 70ish, maybe mage to 94 if you can afford it.

gettting your hunter up is a great way to make money, as soon as you can hunt chins or red chins....

Raise attack, gotta be accurate.

Get 99 cooking for a 1337 skill cape xD

60 Prayer is amazing, makes me hit tons more higher hits, you should consider it.
