Well here are some Precautions worth taking when using Services for your account:

1)Make sure Trainer/or Whatever is Trusted.

2)Make sure you dont have too much valueables on your account.

3)My Suggestion is ask the person to keep the pass the same so you can log on and check what status the account is at.

4)Give the person a set time to complete what is needed.

5)Also if your the trainer use a MM unless you trust the other guy.
