I'm sick and tired of people saying "Well i have 200 posts and i joined in so and so.." Post count = not penis size!!..Whats this mean? Quality not Quantity! Just because you have a high post count and Join date does NOT make you automatically staff! Sure it can help a lot...but It's mostly trust and respect!!!
