Lets get down to business.... instead of wasting countless hours flaming and complaining about Grahams modding i decided to take a more "sensible" approach and start a petition

The reason im making this petition is because Graham has closed numerous threads for no sensible reason... he closed the cocain one because HE thought it was pointless... and he closed mine because HE thought that nobody would care about a news team although im talking to Relentless right this moment... he should confront people about it before deleting/closing threads.

I don't think this is right.
I think you're a cool guy mercyless, but if you have a problem with one of the staff you should take it up with one of the admins or #21 in private.
Not make open threads about it.
Although it does feel really good, I can't deny that.

i never expected to get a lot of support... im stating the fact that he is not good and that they are making the exact same mistake they made with the helper and making him a mod for small things like making pictures... and for your information svper i could care less if he was the president the the united states either way i do not support what hes doing and if you don't like my thoughts get the hell outa here

At first I agreed, but I went over his actions, posts etc. and found he's done everything by the book. Although he may have closed a post prematurely, he's new, give him a chance. I don't agree that he became a mod so soon, but it looks like he's doing pretty well so far. Sorry.

Honestly, I've only done a few things since becoming a moderator. I have created rules for the guides section, banned Milot for returning and ban evading, given two infractions, cleaned up R2P's gold sales thread, posted a poll in the staff forum asking to accept/deny the news team (not to mention that it received 5 no's from the staff and no yes'), and closed a thread on "How to do cocaine" which was then moved to the spam forum and reopened which I have no problems with. I replied to both you and Seesaw's disputes and I never did anything out of line or incorrectly- God agrees.

Here's my response to the cocaine thread dispute:

We had a lack of rules at the time due to the fact that the section was just created, thus I took the liberty to create some common sense rules. I had to lock your guide because it's something which we don't condone. I would have kindly unlocked it and moved it to the spam forum had you have asked me, that's no problem. My tone never was distasteful towards you and I maintained my composure. We figured members would take it as a legitimate guides section, not a section for nonsensical topics. If anyone would like to learn how to snort cocaine then they can view it in the spam forum or on another website which condones such activities, and we don't. You wouldn't have found rules about guides due to the sheer fact that we only recently added it. Now it is well constructed with rules and you are free to post whatever you please as long as it is within the guidelines.

I've closed 2 threads, and as far as I'm concerned that's not a lot and it was warranted for them to be closed.

Here's my response to the news team suggestion:

I consulted the staff and had a thread created about the news team in which moderators and administrators gave the team a definite no. I haven't even done anything yet, other than infracting one person and cleaning out the guides section (2 guides). Also I would appreciate if you were going to fathom what I think make sure I actually thought or did that. I never said it was worthless, I never said that nobody would like it, I never said it wasn't going to work, etc. At one point I even said "perhaps we should reinstate the news team and reconstruct it". How can you decipher that I'm selfish when I asked the staff and the voted no. Again, I consulted the proper people before I took action and most of what you say is one giant fallacy.

And in case that isn't enough for you, here are the responses to the thread which was created in the staff lounge:

I understand you're upset that you suggestion was denied, but this isn't any way to go about it, I haven't done anything out of term. If there's anything else please post and I would be happy to provide a response.

This is bs ..you give him a second chance but not me. He doesn't even care about this forum. He thought he could come in here, make some fancy ranks and then become a mod. Then he starts closing threads. Then you give him another chance? Even though I'm banned, I still like this forum, I bet Graham doesn't give a bleep about it.

As much as you'd like it to be Relentless doesn't run the site and doesn't do most big changes without confronting me first.

He's a good mod, he knows what he's doing, he has common sense, unlike some members.
