i see drawbacks of both.

As i know i could change my stats for AMP... but nah... thats ridiculous dude oO

Well ofc AMP is the best way to go on a server like this...BUT it gets annoying when every 30 seconds when you fight a mage there like lol haha what a no-ob... you amped! then ur like yeah...i got it for a reason, i spent an extra 164 stats points for it...then there like yeah but thats no-ob anyways. all you get called is a no-ob and it gets annoying

its a vicious circle

all i got was shit from mages, now i go pfm, and i still own 95% of mages

except for a few with MB / Energy SW because of the freeze affect

i actually had a mage run an recall once because i dodged 4 esws and he was like wow noob amp

Isnt ridiculous... You becouse play with a friend who can give you magic shield... beside is an option for a build ... so if someone likes to play with determined build is hes problem, becouse is hes style of gaming... so stop saying "is ridiculous" ... U make me remember those wars who go to safe when a mage use MIM on them and says "MIMs for loosers, fags, gays, w/e" .. LOL? MIM is a normal spell if it exist then mages can use it, is not against the rules, the noob should be the war who doesnt know how to fight with MIM.....going back to the topic in this particular server esw over a war with blacksmith items and pfm makes over 800 damage... and 2 esws could almost kill a war...

amp ftw...for all the mages that bitch suck a dick, i've played both mage and war and ive done fine on mage even against people that have amp..
pfm is acutally not bad at all when its 1v1 on mage, but when theres more than 1, almost no chance..

as far as best stats go
350-450 str/600-700 dex/200 int/ rest vit
any range of those stats works well...wit 10k rep even pure wars (unless they have 10k rep..) arent really a prob

I now got AMP. But I think warrs dotn really need it. All you need is an MA set over 50% and pfm.

Why?

Because when you use PFM and you have an MA set 50% or higher ESW will hit you very low, you die at 7 esw more or less, sometimes more. So you really dont worry much about it. And the advantage of this is that mages see that they are doing damage on you, so they dont worry about cancelling you, they just attack . There are very few ocations when mages will really look at the damage they are doing and try to cancel you, but this really happens few times, so you have an advantage, they think they are killing you when they still need 5 more shots to do it.

When you have AMP is great sometimes, but fighting 2 mages one will cancel you and you are screwed, or fighting one he will cancel you and you will have to run and AMP. This wont happen with PFM.

Ive found that PFM is better than having AMP because of that, it really is, you just need an ma over 50% wich is really not hard to get with 5 pieces of armor. (helm, hauberk, plate, leggings, even boots/cape/shoes. and if you use KE even a shield). Plus you get 170 more points wich you can spend on str, vit , dex.

I really recommend, that if you can get some ma over 50% in total, then stay with PFM its much better than AMP, if you are AMP a mage will just run and try to cancel you and escape, then when you are cancel you will have to run, its a pain in the ass, but if you have pfm + ma, you can fight the mage and most of the times he/she wont escape, and you can resist alot of damage.

SO my ideal stats for a warr are: 450 str , 700 Dex, 230 vit, 36 int.

Use KB or Devas and always have a KE with A merien or a good shield.
