Introduction:
As said in the title, this guide will be about training on ogres with ranged. They provide nice experience, and are a nice way to get your ranged for a while.
Note:
For this guide, you will need 46 (I think, or it was 47) thieving to get to the destination.
Data:
Ogres have 60 hit points, which means 240 experience per ogre (on accurate or rapid). They have a 100% drop of big bones, and they drop random seeds.

Preparations:
Inventory:
There isn't much of a need for food, because you'll be hiding behind rocks and stalagmites, shooting ogres. Any kind of food is fine, and the ectophial is for quick teleporting, just in case. wink.gif
Equip:
I'd suggest you use blue dragonhide with a magic shortbow. The headwear, boots, ring, and arrows can be anything you want.

Getting There
1) Firstly, start off at the northern bank of East Ardougne. From there, go west past the log balance, and go north through the exit. (picture)
2) Continue west, until you reach a round tower sort of thing, with chaos druids inside. (picture)
3) Pick lock the door, and go down the ladder. (picture)
4) Go past the bats, and you'll see the ogres. (picture)
SafeSpots:
Okay, now that we're there, time for the actual ranging! Now, you're going to be ranging from behind rocks and bones so that the ogres don't attack you, so allow me to show you some safespots.
Spot 1:
This is my personal favorite. You can quarry around 3 or 4 ogres behind the rocks, and just range them away. It's also easy to run out to get arrows.
Spot 2:
This is the alternative to spot 1. Some of you may like this better.

or
Spot 3:
This works too, just that you'll round up a bit less ogres.
Spot 4 (not recommended)
This spot can be used, but best only when the ogres get non-agressive, or you're level 107+. There really isn't much of a point though.
Now just go send barrages of arrows down.
