General Rules and Regulations

Spamming will not be tolerated by Trik.com and its staff.
What exactly is spamming? In my book, spamming is posting useless threads or posts, such as "I like cheese" in a RuneScape Chat Thread. Spamming is also double, triple, quadruple, or even posting five times in a row. Spamming is also considered as posting or making threads for the sole purpose of getting your post count up. Be warned, committing this crime can and will be punishable.

Scamming is a complete wrong and will never be allowed on Trik.com. Should there be enough evidence to prove you scammed somebody, you will be banned. We also will ban any scammers on other sites as well.

Flaming is insulting another user for no reason, or because of their race, gender, ethnicity, etc. Should there be any flaming here on Trik.com or over MSN to another user of this site, you will be punished most severely.
Flaming staff is strictly prohibited. Staff flaming users is also strictly against the rules.

Hacking/Ddosing Trik.com is not acceptable. Anyone doing such will not only be IP banned, but your ISP will be contacted.

Multiple Accounts on Trik is not allowed. If you make multiple accounts for any reason it will be noticed and acted upon accordingly. The only exception is if you have a sibling, neighbor, or family that uses the same computer. Be sure to contact a staff member if this is the case.

Advertising other sites besides Trik.com is prohibited. If you are advertising any other site it will be noticed and you will be punished. Do not advertise, what-so-ever not even in Signatures. Advertising by PM is also not allowed.

Gravedigging is when you post in a thread that was created a long time ago and hasn't been posting in for a while. On this forum, if you post in a thread that has been inactive for more than 2 weeks, it is considered Gravdigging. Please remember this is not allowed.

Modding is a debated topic. Any person asking to be part of the Trik staff will have a considerable less chance of actually ever getting it. Any current staff asking for Promotions will not be considered in the next promotions update.

Back-Seat modding is when a non-staff member acts like staff. This is not tolerated.

Black-Market Rules

1 -- If you are selling an account, you must post pictures of the stats and any other necessary shots. If pictures are not posted, staff has a right to delete or close your thread, as well as punish you accordingly.
2 -- If you do not wish to be scammed, you will use an Official Middle-Man.
3 -- Any Ripped pictures will result in an immediate ban. Edited or fake pictures will also result in an immediate ban.



Cheating and Guides Rules

1 -- If you are posting an auto, or bot, or in essence anything to do with the cheating or guides sections, you must post a picture of it scanned free of viruses.
2 -- Any leeched guides will be immediately deleted and you will be infracted.
3 -- Any advertising other sites inside of a cheating tool is not allowed.


Sharez Rules

1 -- Don't post the same Sharez.
2 -- If you have a dead-link, you must re-upload promptly. No dead-links.
3 -- Do not spam posts. Don't say "thanks" or "yay thanks man" in a thread somebody else posted.
4 -- You must post information to what a downloader is downloading.
5 -- If there is any viruses or trojans in your post, you are responsible.



GFX Regulations

1 -- No ripped GFX works.
2 -- No spam posts saying "nice work dude". Post a post on the ups and downs of the GFX work, and if possible how to improve it.



Site Requests Terms

1 -- When requesting a name change, be sure to refer to This Thread
2 -- When applying for V.I.P be sure to Read This First
3 -- In the Site Suggestions section, do not post a suggestion already suggested that was declined. I most likely will not change my mind.

Shout-Box Rules

Please keep in mind the following rules, so that I am not forced to take away the Shout-Box.

1) The Number 1 Rules is to follow all of the regular forum rules. Failure to do this will result in a ban.

2) I remind you no spamming or flaming in the Shout-Box.

Spamming is defined as needless comments or multiple repeats.
Flaming is insulting another user on this forum. Both are prohibited.

3) There will be no advertising whatsoever in the Shout-Box. Any advertising anything will be an automatic SB Ban unless its within Trik.com.

4) No Back-Seat moding.

5) No racism at all.

6) No pictures or videos at all.

7) Do not ask for money or beg in the SB.

8 ) No large text sizes.

9) No pestering staff.

10) No buying or selling of anything in the SB.
