Hi, i got back to helbreath after some 4/5 years (i used to play it in college) and the whole game layout is confusing me.

When i go to an area i can't walk normally without picking up some crap item since the ground is filled with it, and i'm now max lvl, and i am upgrading my hammer, it turned oxy now, but i don't notice any difference in the dmg. (it's about +12 now..)
First of all everyone tells me that i should get some oxy item. :S
I'm like; Yeah sure i'll make it oxy o_O but what does oxy do anyway?

Hunting these purple crappers now with big spiked baseball bats. How do i know when something special drops? i don't recognize anything, it's all so full with items!

I kindly thank you in advance for some server specific tips and explanations

Yeah its hard to see at times. The oxy items add minimal more dmg than bs items. I suggest for you to farm HC for points or orges etc for armors.

Welcome back to Helbreath :-)
Firstly I would read the 'beginners' and 'advanced' guides on website.
You might remember some general stuff from when you played, but HBUnderlords has alot of additions that other servers dont.
To make Oxy, it is upgrading Master weapon (eg-MsterHammer).
Make sure to equipt weapon (holding weapon in charas hand) while upgrading for it to turn to Oxy.
Contact me ingame about your hammer as you must not have held it while upgrading hence why it never changed to Oxy Hammer.

I thought he said his hammer turned oxy? He was asking why there isnt much dmg different, so what's oxy bbh for?

it did add dmg .. but not that much now , last time oxy bbh hits hard rem baobei ?

Thanks all, yes i read both guides, but still there are many questions
I can't find HC, and do enemies drop special armors? I bought Master armors.
So it's just all standard.
And, my hammer is now a Barbarian hammer +10 and it's also Oxy

Players "sometimes" drop items you actually can use. But the majority of the time they give youe 5 ek points.

HC are found in Lost,DC,Abstain,PL,rzr.

My Barbarian Hammer is now +15
Found a Ring of Dragon, probably from an EK, and i got killed 7 times by other players (a little too much)

The players here usually hit too hard, since they're more advanced compared to someone who just started here...

They make me mad :P

well , try to avoid places that mostly ppl hunt to prevent been killed .
places like lost ..go explore all maps and eventually u know

7 times? That's perfectly fine, i used to die a few times a day too till i came up with an idea. I made 2 chars to hunt hc, 1 elv 1 ares. When i got raided i just logout and login the other. Hahas

Also my idea, i have 1 Ares Warrior, and gonna make 1 Elv Mage now

What are the best stats to put on a mage?
I guess something like 700 Int, 400 Dex, and some str?

no , dont add 700int . add int to 400 .. 700 mag rest is up to you.

int will give you more mana while magic will increase magic dmg.

mag gives you more mana, better mana regeneration rate and more damage with spells, int only lets you buy spells

there's 2 orge pit in pl , 1 for ares 1 for elvine ..

I have been playing for a while now, and i've found some new enemie, much stronger and gives a lot of blue and yellow balls. BUT when i start killing him, occasionally people from my own town come in and kill me and steal the loot... :evil:

WTF.. why is there so much hostility? I have very basic items and i get killed all the time by people with crazy superweapons and super mass blizzards etc..

What is the best and safest way to gain a little more good items, and thus more confidence? :biggrin:

i presume u refering to HC pit .. so what i can suggest is go to other HC pit where there is less ppl hunting . Go explore all the maps..
u will know where is less ppl

I was hunting a Wyvern

But also HC pit is a little too hard for me

How do you get better items, could someone help me ingame and i will show them my equip, and then they could tell me if it's any good?
