Ok i have a way how to hack people. Now in this procedure there's no requirements wat so ever. But in this u can only hack people lvl 20 higher dan u. For example if ur lvl 30 u can only hack up 2 lvl 50. Or if ur a lvl 60 u can only hack up 2 lvl 80. But u can always hack people lower dan your level. So da higher ur level are da higher person u hack. To get da person's pass u want to hack u must follow da steps.
