I think there should be a "Veteran" rank for members who are currently active and joined before January 16. The date could be extended whenever Deadly pleases, and veterans who have a more prestigious rank like VIP can keep that. It just seems like a good idea, and would encourage members to stay active so that could one day get Veteran. I was thinking the color could be orange... Some cool little picture at the front... And possibly a VIP/Veteran Forum?

Like I said, it would push people to post and donate more!

you already made 2 posts saying people should get this rank if they joined before this time and you are in the time frame.

if we do make a vetern rank than it would be for members who have served as apart of the staff member in the past and later got de-modded or resigned.

That's Legend... And your just trying to be an ass. If you read the post you'd recognize the fact that the date would be extended according what considered 'old'. And hell yeah I would fall into that category, me being really the only one joined before the date who hasn't received a higher rank.

In all reality you shouldn't be a VIP yourself. I don't see your 500 post. But again, this is completely different. Most sites like this one have in equivalent to 'veteran', call it what you wish. Not having a rank such as this means there is almost no reward for staying active long enough to RECEIVE veteran!

And because the majority of people on this forum are only here for the server, what is not a better way to get them to post? I'm not saying it would be directly linked to the rank, but if something like veteran were made and a section of the server only accesible by veterans, staff, and VIP's was created as an extension imagine the posting results.

Don't give me the usual bull shit about spam. If there is more spam, employ more staff! Possibly even a new rank of staff! I do not know if it's possible because I don't have acess to the Panel, but a much less powerful rank of staff capable only of archiving post and refering them to higher ranks could be born!

It might seem hectic. It probably is. It would be more like the larger industrious forums. But that's what everyone here wants right? Those already reading this post would have an edge over the new members, because that's the way things work. Now I'm tired of people like YOU, torque, not wanting others to work hard and advance through dedication to this forum. Just because your not willing to post doesn't mean others don't deserve a reward simply for staying active and keeping this board alive. I was here in the beggining, I was here during the worst, and I'm here as we speak.

i am good friends with the staff which is why they gave me vip.

ok listen legend is for when you are an ex staff member it has nothing to do with age ive looked into it seeing as i would like that because it fits my name and i think the new rank would be good...and im not saying that for a rank...im a VIP i dont do nub things for a rank and soterios isnt just rank-hungry i bet he just really thinks this will help the other "nooby" players post more...this being said it HELPS the economy and in no way damages it thank you =]
