[Enemy]

Anybody know how to help me? I have a technical problem that seems to be IMPOSSIBLE to fix.
When I click play Runescape and go to the loading screen, it just stops working, shows me this white screen "of death" with an error message in the top right corner that says the application failed to run. When I click details this is what it gives me:

I've payed java experts like 40 bucks to figure it out and fix it but they haven't done shit.
