ok.. these are just some ideas i am throwing out there please reply what you think about them. Keep in mind this is not the flame section as well though.

ok I would like to see some skin changes on the forums... we need something new and that is more professional looking, this would help attract more people. Also i would like to see all new icons for the staff and all the other people that have special ranks.. the grass looks nice but it isn't defining... i would like to see something that would represent moderators and the other ranks.. when i have time i will try to find some examples (please keep in mind one of my teachers just passed away so don't expect to have a whole list by tomarow )

Also i want to get every ones thoughts on different names for the staff.. like section moderator, Global Moderator, Master Moderator etc... i think this would sound and look more professional

I agree with you on the skin changes. Pretty dull. I've seen things like section moderator and global moderator on other sites too. It seems to work pretty well. As for the symbols next to the name, I can't really help you there. I think it needs to look cooler, but I'm quite a dull person myself, and can't really think of anything that would look any cooler.
But there's my opinion.

yeah, im going to try and find some ideas for the logos for the staff so we can kinda come up with our own thing but i want you to be able to look at it and tell what they are etc... but i don't want to copy some other forums stuff...

The symbols next to the names REALLY have to change, this isnt even really a rs site any more. Idk why its even still there.
