As you all know, I am now banned.

Last night, I had planned on buying a main (old main got phished), as well as a pin. I talked to the account seller on MSN, and we both tried to reset the recoveries. Throughout the conversation, I told him my internet kept freezing/stalling because of my new laptop or router...(not sure which)...and he understood. He agreed to go first. I logged on the account, and realized it had no members left. Seeing that 95% of the items were members, I decided to buy a pin from thePINseller. The first pin he gave me worked fine, however he gave me the wrong directions and told me I needed to change my country to Australia after I entered the code. When in fact, I needed to do it before. It's not my fault he wasted the first pin. The second pin worked fine. I also told thePINseller my internet was freezing, as you can see by the delay in response in our chat logs. As well as my delay in response in the chat logs with the account seller.

At the worst time possible, my internet crashed, computer froze, then went completely black (crashed).

I had absolutely zero intention on scamming anyone. I know you all know me better than that.

I will send thePINseller his $3 as soon as he gets on MSN.
As for the account, I will send him the username and password as soon as he gets on MSN.

I had no intention of scamming, and that's what the whole point of this dispute is.

I'm not expecting my rank back, nor am I expecting to be unbanned.

All I'm asking is that you guys believe me when I say, I never have, never will, and will never intend on scamming anyone at anytime.

I have a couple questions for you...

1) Why didn't you post this earlier?

2) Why does Fabis say you scammed him?

and then we need fabis AND superpinseller to say that it's resolved.

I'm sorry this just doesn't seem believable. I trusted you.

There's nothing in any logs about you telling anyone your internet was stalling. It also doesn't tell us at which point messages sent, so we couldn't see if they were delaying or not. Thirdly, if your internet would of given out, you would not have ignored him for the 10 minutes. You were still online and didn't go offline [Like you would of if your internet had died] until after he said he was going to report you.

I know, but not once in that post did he mention anything about no paying Fabis, or there being a dispute with him, but Fabis posted a scammer report. Epic mainly posted here about the pin, not the account.

1. I just got my internet back up -.-

2. He says I scammed him because he gave me his acc info, then I logged out. Is that seriousely even a question? It seemed to him that I scammed him, even though my internet died.



And God: Tell thePINseller and Fabis to give you the ENTIRE chat logs..not just parts of it...if you read the complete thing,you would see I told Fabis serveral times my internet was freezing.

The only reason I slightly belive this is beacuse he just did get a new macbook, and when I first got mine it crashed alot...but still seems sketchy

I agree with s3x, I did know about his new macbook, as he posted it on the "Post your screensaver" thread or whatever. And i also recently got a macbook air, which i love, but i can't use it that often because the internet often freezes and crashes. I beleive you epic.

Well if that was true i can still sell you an account. I recovered the account so you don't have to give me the details. This time i would like to use an MM though
