This is good for MS Paint. No offense. What program are you using? Because good signatures are supposed to have effects like grunge, smudge, ect.
I may have sounded a little harsh up there.
I don't know what happened to all the GFX tutorial links under GFX help, but gOt milk? has a little tutorial at the bottom of the post Photoshop Links. Try looking at it to give you a basic knowledge of what it takes to make a good signature.

Same thing happened to me. I'm terrible at signatures so I just gave up. Mostly because my Photoshop trial ran out and I didn't get good enough to get it in the time I had it.

Why don't you just get GIMP and mess with things? If you keep working at it you should get better
