Hey guys recently hello lol got me banned for "scamming" him when what he originally did was say to me

"here ill set you up cpanel cuz im nice" not saying i had to pay him or anything he never even hinted at it... 2 days later he came up and said hey you owe me a pin and i told him no i don't you never said i owed you one. then he kept going so i said ill try to get one but i couldnt and i told him that but he doesnt listen... i never said i would get one and he never said i owed him one until later which he can not do.
