you need to work on what you are doing with the smudging.
text should generally be placed away from what you want to be the focal point.
also, on the focal point, you should probably add some lighting by making a new layer, using a 100px soft brush, colour = white, and brush a little bit around where the focal is meant to be, then set the layer to linear dodge.
oh, try not to just paste your render around, it doesn't look, how could you say.. skilled? or professional, idk, but just try finding a stock with similar colour or a similar feel to it, and try that.

other then that, its not bad for your 10th. goodjob.

Work on your flow...

A good way to do this is go to
New > Layer > New Layer

Go to edit > apply image.

Select your smudge tool and make the brush size like 10-15 pixels about. Make the strange parts try to go in one direction (hence, flow)

Like here, I showed you where your flow is a bit off:





PS. Your text isn't bad, better than I lot I've seen... Next time, try to make it stand out just a little bit more... Maybe use a less shaped font such as verdana, arial, tahoma.
