It costs 1500 EK's and can be taken from the CH Officer. If you want to buy it from players, I have seen them go for around 400 points. However, you can probably get one a bit cheaper.

I dont know whats faster getting 400 points or 1500 eks, seems pretty balanced to me do what ever your feel is faster. Personally 1500 takes a day if u work on it, And with kaxe 10k rep 400 points takes less than a day daaa Basically what im saying is if you find some1 selling the manuel push for 400 points or less, but ek at the same time <3

400 pts is not crazy if u find some armors and sell it , kinda easy if u work for it .
