STEP 1

Open up notepad on your desktop.

(desktop>right click>new>text document)

STEP 2

Paste this exactly as its written in the new document:

<html><head><title>runescape</title></head>
<body bgcolor="black"><div align="center">
<iframe src="http://www.runescape.com" width="1100" height="800"></iframe>
</div></body>
</html>

Then go to save and name it whatever you want but at the end put ".html" .

e.x. ("rs on desktop.html")

(If you want it to show a different website other then runescape, then change the "http://www.runescape.com" to whatever you want but dont!! get rid of the quotation marks!)

Then BEFORE YOU SAVE
go to save as type: and set it to all types then save it.

STEP 3

Right click on your desktop and bring up properties.
Then go to desktop.
Go to browse and find the file you just saved and select it
and then select open.

STEP 4

Select the name of the file;
Click apply and then you're done.

IF for some reason the window is too big, you can resize it by editing the document then setting a different wall paper, then set the file over again.

To Change Sizing:

Open the document in notepad ( right click on the file>open with>notepad), then

Change the 1100 and 800 in the document

Then change them to whatever you like

IF you want to get rid of the rs background:

Hold down the power button on your computer until the computer turns off
(not just logging off but actually turns off completely)
Then turn the computer on and log onto your username.

Go to start>control panel>appearance and themes>change desktop background and change it from there

*note: or you can change it back by going to your desktop rightclicking>properties>desktop and choosing your desktop.

My probelm is I get Error Can Not load....and other then that the Icons as well...but it works!
