I GIVE CREDITS TO "sephicloud" FOR TELLING ME ABOUT THIS GUIDE SO I DECIDED TO BRING IT OVER HERE SO DO NOT FLAME ME I DID NOT MAKE THIS! OTHER THAN THAT ENJOY!!

This guide will help you make a good F2P Skiller that will be fun also. These techniches will spread your skills out so that you dont get too bored with one skill. It is meant to be read from beginning to end and you probably won't be able to do much unless you do so.

Please note that for the whole guide firemaking is optional.

You obviously can just take advantage of the numbers for your skiller but the guide is written assuming you dont know how to make a skiller and do know how to play runescape. If you have some other forms of making money or you dont want to get certain stats really high that is obviously your choice.

Starting Out:

To start your new account you should do a few things:

1: When designing your account base it around one or two colors. You dont want to have to use money on a new outfit until you are rich.

Colors I suggest: Blue, Black, Red, Green, Yellow/Gold

2: Don't level up anything on tutorial island because it is much cooler if you are a level 3.

3: Set some recovery questions because it will help later.

4: Ok this is really quick. Bank all of your items except your net and walk to draynor. Fish two inventories of shrimps and cook them (people are always raising firemaking in draynor).

Many people have said that they only got 8 cooking a few said 10 and one said only 6. If you do not have 10 go to the chicken coop and pick up then cook chickens until you have 10.

5: Now get 27 of those cooked shrimp (you should have one empty spot) and go to the barbarian village. Go in the dungeon and run through to collect your cool new emotes. Eat whenever necessary. After the last chest you should have four new emotes, fighting or colourful boots (I like colourful), and 10k (the first three chests each give some money).

6: Walk east to varrock and get out your bronze axe. There is a place with about 10 regular trees close together north of the east entrance to varrock. Chop 97 of these for 15 woodcutting and remember to bank the logs.

7: Burn 61 of the logs to get 15 firemaking. You can do this right outside of the varrock bank. Sell the remaining logs to a general store for a bit of cash.

8: Home teleport and buy a steel axe in Bob's shop. You probably still have over 10k left.

9: Go do the Rune Mysteries quest because it unlocks a whole new skill and a good place to raise your mining. Don't worry its probably the shortest and easiest quest known to mankind.

Congratulations you are ready to start your path to funky stats .

Beginning Mining And Runecrafting:

1: Go to varrock and start mining essence with Aubury. Bank all of the essence but dont pick up dropped essence if there is any. You will need to mine 1004 rune essence but dont worry it goes pretty quickly. That will get you 21 mining. You should probably go to the dwarf mines and buy yourself a mithril pickaxe.

You may want to mine 1150 rune essence instead so that you can get 22 runecrafting. This is because, at 22 runecrafting you can make triple airs . You will also have 22 mining so you should use a couple less when mining in the future IF you are mining for the sake of getting mining experience. In some steps you are mining based on what you need for smithing.

2: You will need 1004 essence to get 21 runecrafting. Go buy a tiara off a player in varrock or falador for around 1k. You probably still have about 7k left. Now go to falador and use your tiara on the air altar to make an air tiara. Now go get your essence and start crafting. Make all air runes and by the end you should have around 1730 air runes. You can sell these for 20gp per. Money stops becoming much of an issue pretty quickly .

3: You can make your pick now: buy a woodcutting axe or a pickaxe. Either way get rune. If you get good deals you could get both. I advise getting the woodcutting axe because by 41 mining you can definitely have another 25k or so ready for a pickaxe also. You need that woodcutting axe as soon as possible.

Getting More Woodcutting And Firemaking:

1: First of all look back at your stats. They should be this by now:

21 mining
21 runecrafting
15 firemaking
15 woodcutting
6 fishing
1 smithing
1 crafting
10 cooking

If you dont have that then try to get those stats.

2: Chop 533 oaks below where you chopped the regular logs. There are two oak trees close together and this is probably the best place to chop oaks. This will get you 35 woodcutting. Now burn 521 of those for 39 firemaking. You can sell the rest or whatever it doesn't really matter.

More Mining And Starting Smithing:

1: You will need to mine 201 copper ore and 201 tin ore with your mithril pickaxe. You should have 29 mining now.

2: Walk to Falador-- it's worth it. Smith all of the bars for a bit over 10 smithing. Now make the highest item you can make for 15 smithing.

3: Sell all items .

4: Stats review:

35 woodcutting
39 firemaking
29 mining
21 runecrafting
10 cooking
6 fishing
15 smithing
1 crafting

More Woodcutting, 50 Firemaking, More Cooking, And More Fishing

1: Go to Draynor and get your Steel Axe. Chop 755 willows. During this period you will get 41 woodcutting. At this point you should get a rune axe if you dont already have one. Now chop what is left of the 755 willow logs. By the end you should have 48 woodcutting.

2: Now burn all of those logs.

You just reached your first level 50 stat

3: Time to fish. First fish 190 shrimp for 15 fishing and cook them all. You should have 22 cooking but be pretty close to 23. Cook them on ranges.

4: Now go back and fish again still using your net until you have 20 fishing. I can't tell you exactly how many you need because it depends on what you get. (This is going to start occuring more frequently. I suggest you just try to get the stats.)

5: Cook most or all of what you got for 25 cooking

The Magic Of Feathers

1: Take all of your cash and go to the chicken coop across the river from lumbridge castle. Buy feathers there for what seems to be the right amount (never ever ever ever go over 6gp per feather). Get 3000 feathers and get a fly fishing rod. Now go to the fishing spots at barbarian village.

2: Get 55 fishing using most of the feathers and remember to always bank the fish. Use the edgeville bank. Once you have 3000 fish split between trout and salmon and probably 55 fishing to go with it cook all of the fish. You should use the range in the small house with a stone fence. Now you have 57 cooking and a total of three pretty little stats at 50+.

Note: To raise firemaking more you should use the same method of burning willows. To raise cooking and fishing more you should fish trout and salmon. These methods only change if you become a member... In other words I have done everything I can to help you with three of your stats.

Stats Review:

57 cooking (will not be mentioned any more)
55 fishing (will not be mentioned any more)
50 firemaking (will not be mentioned any more)
48 woodcutting
15 smithing
29 mining
21 runecrafting
1 crafting (yikes!)

Mithril

1: Mine 4418 iron ore to get 55 mining. On the way you will hit 41. At this point get your rune pickaxe. Mining goes much faster now. You should do all iron until 55 because it is very fast. Don't drop it though-- you will need it for your smithing. Mine below Varrock.

2: Well, smith enough iron to get 30 smithing. Your sucess with iron bars will gradually go up but it is painful at first. At 30 you will need to get 1700 iron and 3400 coal. You should still have plenty of iron left so just make sure you have at least 1700 then start on the coal. The good part is that you will not need to train any more mining for awhile.

Note: You could also do the Knight's Sword Quest for a big smithing boost.

3: Once you have 3400 coal (62 mining) start smithing the steel bars. Just always make the best item you can because it will sell for more and it will be the fastest experience. This whole process will take a very long time but trust me, it pays off a lot.

Stats Review: (they become very frequent and necessary now)

62 mining
50 smithing
1 crafting (still yikes )
43 woodcutting
21 runecrafting

By the way now you can make mithril armour and weapons

Lumberjack Time

1: The best skillers have woodcutting that is 80+. For now why dont you try for that 80. The answer is simple yet depressing. OK... Go get a fun magazine or something and just keep clicking. Cause um... You are chopping 28,678 logs. More than 28k willow logs. Yes, I know its painful. Hopefully you will be able to sell them for a bit of cash. Whatever happens, it wont be pretty.

Possibly less logs because previous calculations were incorrect. Around 28350 I beleive.

2: Once you have 80 woodcutting you could chop willows some more or chop yews for bigger amounts of CA$H. Have Fun with whatever you do.

This is the last time that woodcutting will be discussed.

Runes Runes Runes

1: Lets get this over with. OK here goes. Basically, make lots of fire runes. They are the best experience for raising runecrafting. Of course, with your runecrafting level increasing, you will be getting many more runes per essence. So heres the chart for fires:

14 Runecrafting: 1 rune(s) per essence- 28 runes... (per inventory)
35 Runecrafting: 2 rune(s) per essence- 56 runes...
70 Runecrafting: 3 rune(s) per essence- 84 runes...

Yeah I know I hate it too. But airs are a bit more fun:

01 Runecrafting: 1 rune(s) per essence- 28 runes... (per inventory)
11 Runecrafting: 2 rune(s) per essence- 56 runes...
22 Runecrafting: 3 rune(s) per essence- 84 runes...
33 Runecrafting: 4 rune(s) per essence- 112 runes...

55 Runecrafting: 6 rune(s) per essence- 168 runes...
66 Runecrafting: 7 rune(s) per essence- 196 runes...

You should get the runecrafting that you think will work best for you. Of course your mining will go up also so I can't be so specific about amounts for mining anymore unless you need it badly for smithing.

SUMMARY: Essentially airs make more money and fires make more experience. So if you have a goal for your runecrafting level make fires. If you need some cash make airs.

Runecrafting: Finished

...Leather...

1: Purchase 21,219 cow hides. Use your various skills to make enough money for it. Now use the leather dude (who happens to have stolen my name the punk) to make 453 regular leather hides and 20766 hardleather hides. Make the best things you can with the regular leather until 28 crafting then make hard leather bodies all the way.

2: Congratulations you can now craft every nonmember item possible (the last one being the diamond amulet at 70).

Runite Armor!

1: If you mined all of that essence for around 60 runecrafting or so you should have at least 65 mining by now. You will need lots of ore to actually use the smithing well so go mine coal. Mine about 40000 coal then 10000 mithril ore. Smelt it all. Congratulations you probably have about 75 smithing now and at least 85 mining. Do adamanite scimitars for 85 smithing. They are rare and will bring in a very nice profit.

Note: I have heard that steel gives more exp per coal then mith does. Therefore it is another option to get 20k iron instead of 10k mith. It is your choice, but mith will definitely bring a larger profit.
