No when you enter a name and password and it doesnt work if you keep trying it will just do that and you have to wait 5 mins watching Seinfeld.

I don't think JaGex actually completely IP bans you, I just thought they blocked the account.
I could be wrong though. o.o

This happened to me last night =/ I kept trying to log into my account except I kept hitting the wrong button so.. I have a pic and stuff

Jagex does issue out ip bans. That message is what Arex says, you probably typed in your password wrong and just got blocked.

I was pass cracking and accidentaly pressed the "crack" button before I had entered the proxies...

I tried again today and.. BAM. still blocked.


EDIT: that is what happened the first time I clicked login...

WoW You many be the first person to ever be IP banned from runescape. Honestly ive never heard of jagex issuing out IP bans and ive been playing from day one. I think you should be proud =].

No matter what, RuneScape won't IP. They never do it because if they did it off somewhere like an Internet Cafe or a Wireless hotspot (like they have in airports), then no-one would be able to log in if they tried again.

I don't really know what else to say, because I've never seen this happen before x)

I've read on the site, that runescape really DOES ban your IP, and this only confirms this.

nah durial321 was the first to get ip banned.

(mass murdering of people in rs with a glitch WILL get you ip banned)
