Spice got given a second chance is extremely great full. Christmas is hunting with ares Spice goes and kills the ares. Nothing wrong there. Christmas then says she stole a BALL no points on the char. Didnt drop anything or leave the map. Still no problem.

Then penelope starts tping spice and saying NOTHING not a word. So spice recalls. Then penelope summons and attacks spice. They start talking... she speaks like she hates SPICE. Spice was asking to speak to kinger because he was under instructions not to talk to Pene. He was behaving.. being a good litle player. He did not dissrespect pene or anything only asked for kinger.. Then pene said u have bann me written all over you. Then said bye and banned SPICEGIRL.

I started talking with pene trying to explain she has done nothing wrong at all i told her i respect the gms but christmas is lieing. She basically then warned me about starting a argument.
Then Christmas come back again with ares. I kill Christmas cus he tried to para me. then pene tps us somewhere else. i said look its christmas starting the drama helping ares. she said its cus your a crim. I was a crim cus i killed christmas. I explain he was lieing which he would denie about the stealing. Then pene said spice is banned for recalling. Spice recalled because pene said nothing. Pen banned spice when spice was asking for kinger.

I respect the gms but its gone to far.. its obvius pene doesnt like spice. Christmas lied and then said a sly remark when i confronted him. *cumshot is getting owned*. Anyway im not trying to argue with pene but i took a few ss.. Kinger, spice got banned for sticking firmly to what you said. He didnt break any rule at all.

i was somewhat a witness to this, and have not seen SPICEGIRL do anything but abide by the rules and contribute to the server. i think that penelope was unjust in her actions. The consequences or punishment given to SPICEGIRL should be rethought, as there is no proof in this issue other than a "He said, She said" and a persons integrity. Im just asking for fair treatment to our guild and players of our guild.

Those screenshots should be evident enough since I believe Penelope does not know what hes doing. How can you call that a good GM if he bans people for no reaso, because of likes a dislikes?

He was bad mouthing them. Toilet and SPICE didn't do shit all. Yet she tells them to quit the server and find another to cause drama in.

Thats total bullshit if you ask me. Christmas himself causes all sorts of arguments in the game, yet his side is taken. This needs to be solved. I cant be playing a server like this is the GMs are banning people for no reason at all.

very nice post toilet, very polite and mature, as for christmas this is not the first time he has threatend to "ban" or get punished, he lies, steals, does nothing but create problems upon this server... and as for me i am royally sick of it, as a gm on other servers, i know what should be done, and i know that u have the brains to do so kinger, u are a very intellegent "i am horible at spelling" and honest GM, i think that if spice as done something wrong you should be the one to deal with it not penelope. no offence to you penelope but i think that you are in the wrong on this one. well those are my thoughts on the subject, i say bring back spice get rid of christmas, that is if penelope thinks that drama is an issue...

Yes, I agree, Christmas lies and he always threatens ppl being benned due to so many garbage such as helping enemy kills, stealing.

I have evidence that Christmas does steal from other people regardless of their town, on one occasion I was hunting HCS and he attacked me and stole my ds drop. I dont mind that but the fact that this guy is still running around picking on players stronger than him and getting them banned is unacceptable especially if one of the rules specifically states that stealing will be punishable.

The end result had nothing to do with Christmas original accusations. Making such a post like this only further confirms that somehow certain players feel they are above everyone else and should recieve 'special' treatment.
Well, Im afraid GM's deserver more special treatment for having to put up with continued troublemakers. You werent satisfied with making stories ingame, you now want to try luck on forum.
For most people its common sence, but she/he was warned to not abuse again after the last theatrics that resulted in a ban. To hide behind twisting kingers words to suit yourself, it was blatant, recalling and refusng to answer simple questions. If it was even remotely because of 'fear' of not being allowed to talk at all...then they would not have spoken at all!! Instead they began with excuses of recalling away 'but you werent talking to me' and when ONCE only summoned back immediatly told wtf u summoning me.....at this point it was beyond what items were stolen, but why was this player deliberaly being difficult.
Why try make them out to be some victim, someone that GM must just have a grudge against when they are an innocent angel lol :roll:
As for Christmas, wheather your counter claims have any truth or not bares no weight to this issue.
If he was doing as you claim, then he will have his own chance to flame threads and make up stories too. :P

On another note, this also sounds as the 'Christmas hate club'.
Fan or not of the guy, it has NO bareing on this at all. spicegirl is no marter, nor has been hard done by. Infact I was the one who allowed them to be unban in first place!!! It was my choice to give them a 2nd chance, perhaps a foolish move afterall.

Well of all players ingame he would know I have good reason to not totally love him.......but, I wont jump on the bandwagon over this.

There is no plan to get any1 banned. The attention drawn to SPICE was because of Christmas. WE ALL THINK your a good GM. but its clear your decission was unfair. Please tell them what SPICEGIRL didnt answer. Because that wasnt fair aswell.
