If i remember correctly, before i got banned, the rule was "No gravedigging- Unless your post is a useful post (I.E. and answer to a question that has not already been answered.)" My post in that thread was the most useful one yet, anyhow i did not in fact gravedig the thread. The person before me gravedug it, and i though, might as well post a legit answer to the threadmaker's question.
Is that really something you should punish me for? No.

Okay first off it was a warning, maybe you didn't notice that and second all posts later then 10 days or so are have been considered grave digging regarless of the quality, and also you should have realized that the other person was grave digging and shouldn't have posted at all as I would have locked it as soon as I noticed, last thing the problem is already resolved, it still stands.

EDIT Oh and ban appeals is only for when you are banned.

ok ok calm down... ban appeals is for bans and infractions/warnings... lets see if we can sort this out... Dan is correct on the part about as long as it is useful or answers/resolves a question/problem then you may post it. so now... that part is taken care of.. on to the next part.. the other person HAD grave dug and seeing how dan posted AFTER him with a USEFUL answer then i would rule that he DIDN'T grave dig the reasons above should show it.. 1. It was a useful post and 2. he posted after someone else had so this was just a little bonus for him to help keep from getting a warning/infraction.. now that this is resolved DAN..

Please understand that Sonic was just trying to do his job and thought he was taking the right actions so please don't hold this aginst him. This was a mistake any one could have made...

My ruling.. i say it should be reversed.. im not taking sides. I have chosen my opinion from the facts i have read so please no one hold it aginst me lol.. any ways i will ask 21 to take a look at it and make his own opinion about it.

The warning has been reversed. Next time don't take it so seriously, it doesn't effect you in anyway.
