Levels 1 to 7


There are quite a few ways that you can train your hunter skill with levels 1-7. Bring about five bird snares. Go to Fedilip hills until you find some Crimson birds. Set up a trap and walk about fice spaces away from it. If you right click on your trap and it says investigate and dismantle then it is working well. If you right click on it and it only says dismantle, then something is wrong with it and you need to dismantle and lay it again. Once you see a bird is hanging on your bird snare upside-down then go 'check' your snare. You'll get meat, bones and feathers. I recommend you drop meat, bury bones and keep feathers. Repeate until 7 hunter.

=Levels 7-15

At this stage you can catch Fedilip weasels. Bring a noose wand with you. Weasels are found in fedilip hills , same place as crimson birds. Use noose wand on a burrow. You will see tracks ( foot prints ) appear in another direction. They will lead you to the next place where it can be. If you checked the place where the tracks lead and you didn't see more tracks appear then check everyone that's about 2-6 squares away from where the foot prints end. You'll do this 3-5 times. Once the tracks lead to a bush... attack the bush with the noose wand and you'll get your reward. Bury bones, drop fur, drop meat. Do until 15 hunter.

Levels 15-25

= Buy a butterfly net from yanille ( this is where you can find your hunter equpment ) and buy as many butterfly jars as you can. Go to gnome stronghold's entrance. From here go west until you see a path leading north. Go north until you see red butterflies. Click on them, your character will keep trying to catch it until he/she does. When your chaarcter catches a butterfly, go to another butterfly. Once all the jars are filled, right click and release all the butterflies. Catch again and repeate until 25 hunter.

Levels 25-35

= Bring the butterfly net, and the jars but this time make sure you have 8 item slots empty. This time bring a few bird snares. 3 would do. Just set them up in a place where you can see that a lot of Birds seem to like being there. While you set them catch butterflies. Each butterfly is 35 xp and a bird is 80?

Levels 35-43

=Do the same as you did last time but now you can catch snowy white's.

Levels 43-75

= Ok now here you see a big gap. This is because this method is very good . All you have to do is bring 3k-5k. Now, Go northwest of Gnome stronghold until you can see a falconry with kebbits and falcons. Pay the guy 500 gp to have a falcon ride on your shoulder. Now when you're 43-57 Go to where you see 3 spotted kebbits and catch them one by one. By the time you're done catching them (which sould take like 5 seconds ) they've respawned already. All you do is click on them , then the falcon. Do this until 75 witht the highest level kebbits that you can catch.

Levels 75 up to 99

= Red salamanders are good! just bring small fishing nets, and rope! Maybe like 5 of each! this is a great way of making cash since they sell for 5k-7k ea. I reccommend you bring Troch's so you remove the scent from your trap so they get caught more often. Reffer to the knowledge base to know where red sallies are. (EDIT: Do not use Red salamanders if you don't think they're good, I've been hearing a lot from people and they say that red chinchompas are way better xp as they are stackable, You need box traps aquired from the...yanille i think it is, hunter store.)


CAPE OF ACHIEVEMENT:

When you have 99 hunter level the hunting cape can be gotten from a hunting expert, she's in a little shack or cabin. It's south of fedilip hills.

actually id liek to make a suggestion. i found that not only do red chinchompas give great exp, but its a lot easier and less clicking u can either train range or sell em 700+ ea. just a suggestion. btu otherwise, nto a bad guide. not quite approved material yet. see if u can add more methods, maybe some pictures?
