Yeah, it pretty much sucks.

The only reason I find it useful is for the air guitar emote.

I saw some posts on the runescape forums about some players that want to download the runescape music, and put it on their ipod, play it in their car, or let their friends listen to it!

Lol theres no way RS's music is good, it sounds like an 8 bit sound youd hear coming out of the original pokemon games.
