I don't think that is real Runescape. You can tell because there is a guy with a Crystal Bow, and a Dragonfire Shield equipped at the same time. It's the "Home" area of a lot of Private servers, but I don't know if it actually exists in real Runescape. It might just be a combination of a couple of different Runescape areas.

it is a private server however it is a real area in runescape.

you must do a quest to get their in the real runescape(forgot what quest).

after you do the quest you can take the mine train down in the dwarf mines under fally to ride to that city.

edit-- the city is called Keldagrim, you must complete the giant dwarf quest in order to access the city.

you can tell by his picture and the picture of the city on zybez that it is real because the bank and the farm plot please

I thought it was Keldagrim, but I wasn't sure. I've never been there before in real Runescape, so I have no idea what it looks like.

lol dude......... it is runescape......

just the pic is not taken on runescape. it is taken from a private server.

there is a real place in runescape called keldagrim.
