This is a perfect(and funny) example of something I want to do, How do I do it? (I have Sony Vegas 7.0 and Windows Movie maker)

Instead of being lazy.

I use a video converter called SUPER. it allows you to convert videos to .GIF format. www.mediaconverter.org will convert that youtube video for you and allow you to download it. you then use the video converter after you download the video. then you use SUPER and convert the video to .GIF format.

the .GIF in my sig is one that i converted myself.

But how do i add like the sparta heads for example on the vid? (basically how do i add text and pictures and make it float around like that?

you edit each frame and add it in or what i guess most people do is have a program that will do it for you by selecting a point and you center the pic there etc... i have seen a guy use a program like that before but i have no idea of the names of some or any thing.... sorry...

yep, I'm the famous 1-DUB... I do have one eye. If you ever have problems AND your a nice guy hit me up on MSN ( FCHSsr11@hotmail.com) I will most likely go out of my way to help you with what ever i can.. If your not a nice guy then try not to ask for help unless you really need it. then i will still probably help you.

TMPGEnc XPress 4.4.0.234:

http://rapidshare.com/files/89238501...mforum.net.rar lets you edit videos by frame. so you can cut out parts of the video that you want/dont want with this program. i also use this one.
